IUI Treatment Best Option for Infertility

The iui treatment is a common and effective technique for overcoming infertility and achieving pregnancy. This procedure involves the use of sperm to fertilize an egg in the uterus. The primary aim of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization.

How it Works:

After the egg has been retrieved, it is placed inside a clear, flexible plastic catheter (rod) that will be inserted into the vagina. Three days later, after testing to ensure that you are not pregnant, we will inject a single sperm into your uterus while gently forcing open your cervix. We will then watch and wait for either 1) fertilization and implantation or 2) normal menstruation and ovulation. Because this procedure is done as an outpatient surgery, there are virtually no risks involved for you or your baby.

Our success rates:

We have an excellent success rate with iui treatment at Vardaan Medical Centre as shown by our patients’ testimonies. Over time we have developed an excellent reputation as a preferred centre of excellence for IUI treatment in Jalandhar. Our doctors and team members take great pride in offering you high quality services at reasonable prices with no hidden costs or surprises!

In some cases, IUI treatment may be recommended as a risk-free procedure as a treatment for women with certain conditions related to the menstrual cycle.

Before having an IUI, pregnant women should be told about the risks associated with this procedure and the potential benefits and side effects of IUI treatment. The doctor will also inform them about possible complications and side effects that could affect the pregnancy and unborn child.

Some basic basic information:

IUI treatment involves injecting washed sperm into a woman’s uterus through the vagina. Sperm must be washed so they can survive the procedure. This is most effective when you use washed sperm from your partner. For most couples, this is done with a special machine called a centrifuge or test tube. IUI Treatment  may be performed in two different ways: 1) by inserting clean and washed sperm directly into the vagina (intrauterine insemination – IUI), and 2) by inserting sperm into a small plastic catheter (in vitro fertilization – IVF). The two procedures differ primarily in how donors’ semen is collected and treated before it enters the womb; although both procedures involve collecting semen from fertile men (donors or as potential fathers), only IUI involves using sperm from donors who are known to the patients (and potentially making them their children’s future parents). However, there are some other differences between these two types of procedures that should be considered carefully before deciding to undergo either one of these treatments.
